1. Put the cake into a cake box.
2. Wrap the box several times in plastic wrap
3. Wrap the box several times in aluminum foil.
4. Place the wrapped box in a freezer. Be sure that there is no seafood in the freezer.

When ready to serve, allow the cake to defrost to room temperature and enjoy!
